A method is proposed for spectral analysis of the concentration of mixtures with readout of the distribution of the unknown concentrations and avoiding use of standard samples. It is shown how to use experimental data with their inevitable scatter and the results of calculated spectral distributions of the absorption coefficients (optical densities) or emission, with computational errors taken into account, for determining the quantitative composition of a mixture of substances and obtaining the result in the form of distribution histograms of the concentrations of the components.
