Temperature-dependent optical absorption and its photoinduced changes in Bi12 TiO20〈Ca〉 crystals

Abstract

The photoinduced absorption in a Ca-doped bismuth titanate crystal is measured as a function of temperature in the red (660 nm), yellow (570 nm), and green (505 nm) spectral regions.
