Formalizing the consistency of experts’ judgments in the Delphi method

Abstract

The consistency analysis of experts’ judgments in terms of fuzzy interval estimates and interval metric, which underlies the Delphi method, is formalized. This method is implemented using techniques of artificial intelligence and automated tools that allow on-line expert’s judgment.
