Difficulties in the diagnosis of autonomic dysfunction in multiple sclerosis

Abstract

Autonomic function was assessed in 24 patients with multiple sclerosis using a questionnaire, cardiovascular reflex tests and sympathetic skin responses. Most patients had some degree of dysautonomia.
