Zusammenfassung

Nach dem Giftgasanschlag in der Tokioter U-Bahn 1995 strömten viele Patienten ungesteuert in die Krankenhäuser und kontaminierten Einrichtung und Personal. Der vorliegende Beitrag gibt Verantwortlichen praktische Hilfe bei der Erstellung eines individuellen ABC-Vorsorgekonzepts einer Notaufnahme, um sowohl Patienten angemessen zu behandeln als auch das Personal zu schützen. Im Weiteren werden die Erstmaßnahmen durch das Rettungsstellenpersonal und geeignete Schutzausrüstung erklärt. Zusätzlich wird über praxisnahe Erfahrungen des Berliner Gesundheitswesens berichtet.

Abstract

After the gas attack on the Tokyo subway in 1995 many patients surged uncontrolled into the hospitals and contaminated equipment and staff. The report offers persons in charge practical assistance for the creation of an individual NBC protection concept in their emergency department, as well as guidance how to treat patients and staff adequately and also how to protect them. Furthermore the first response actions and the correct protection equipment are explained. Additionally, practical experiences from the Berlin health care are to be reported.
