Der minimale Notarztdatensatz MIND2

Zusammenfassung

Der minimale Notarztdatensatz MIND2 beinhaltet eine konsentierte Grundmenge von Daten (Merkmalen und Merkmalsausprägungen), die im Rahmen der prähospitalen Notfallrettung von Notarzt und Rettungsdienst dokumentiert und ausgewertet werden sollen. In dieser Publikation wird eine Synopse bisher getrennter Datensätze für Primär- und Sekundäreinsätze vorgestellt, die von den Gremien der Deutschen Interdisziplinären Vereinigung für Intensiv- und Notfallmedizin (DIVI) unterstützt wird.Nach Implementierung in die gängigen Dokumentationsformate der DIVI wird die Datengrundlage für die Notfallmedizin auch unter dem Aspekt des Qualitätsmanagements verbessert.Der Datensatz selbst wird im Internet zum Download bereitgestellt.

Abstract

The minimal data set for emergency physicians (MIND2) contains a basic amount of data (characteristics and parameter values), which should be documented and evaluated by the emergency physician and rescue squad during prehospital emergency care. This publication presents a synopsis of data sets previously separated into primary and secondary care and is endorsed by the committees of the German Interdisciplinary Association of Intensive Care and Rescue Medicine (DIVI).After implementation in established documentation formats of the DIVI, the database for emergency medicine will be improved including the aspect of quality management.The data set will be made available for downloading from the Internet.
