Zusammenfassung

Luxationen des Ellbogengelenks sind häufig. Eine schnelle Reposition ist angezeigt. Neben konservativen Behandlungsverfahren existieren verschiedene operative Verfahren. Instabile Luxationsfrakturen und chronische Instabilitäten sind die Hauptindikationen.

Abstract

Dislocation of the elbow joint is common. Rapid reduction is necessary. There are various operative alternatives to conservative treatment. Unstable luxation fractures are the main indications.
