Zusammenfassung

Die Falschgelenkbildung ist eine seltene Komplikation der konservativen oder operativen Therapie einer Klavikulafraktur. Im Folgenden soll ein Überblick über Ursachen und Therapie der Klavikulapseudarthrose gegeben werden. Anhand der aktuellen Literatur werden die derzeit diskutierten Risikofaktoren, Entstehungsmechanismen und ihre Vermeidung dargestellt. Schließlich werden das eigene Vorgehen und die Ergebnisse vorgestellt.

Abstract

Nonunion is a rare complication of operative or nonoperative therapy for fracture of the clavicle. The aim of this article is to give an overview of risk factors and current therapy for clavicular nonunion. The literature on the mechanism of pseudarthrosis development and evasive strategies is summarized. Finally our own strategy and results are presented.
