Abstract
New accurate measurement of tensor analyzing power \(T_{20}\) in the reaction \(\gamma + \mathbf {d}\rightarrow \pi ^0 +d\) has been performed at the VEPP-3 storage ring at Budker Institute, in an energy range \(200<E_\gamma <500\) MeV and a pion emission angle \(90^\circ<\theta _\pi ^{cm}<140^\circ \). Preliminary results of data analysis are presented and compared to theoretical calculations.
