Abstract
Lipomas are one of the commonest benign soft tissue tumors but occurrence in hands is rare. They can cause mechanical dysfunction, pain and altered sensibility in hand. Complete resection may not be required.

Les lipomes constituent une des lésions bénignes les plus communes, mais leur développement au niveau des mains est exceptionnel. Ils peuvent entraîner des troubles fonctionnels, des douleurs et des altérations sensitives. La résection complète doit être la règle.
