Giant Coronary Artery Aneurysm and Severe Mitral Regurgitation in Patients with Familial Hypercholesterolemia—Case Report and Review of the Literature

Abstract

We report the case of a 42-year-old female with a huge coronary artery aneurysm in the left anterior descending artery and another aneurysm in the right coronary artery, in association with familial hypercholesterolemia and severe mitral valve regurgitation.
