Valide Interventionen in der Psychoanalyse

Summary.

Psychoanalytic psychotherapy is effective, yet the specific curative factors are still not well known. A context-bound attitude makes it possible to use clinical criteria to tell which interventions are validated by patients and which are not. By this qualitative clinical research method just a small number of interventions are shown to be valid. In the last instance empirical quantitative outcome-research has to demonstrate whether validated psychoanalytic interventions are in fact the specific curative factors looked for.

Zusammenfassung.

Psychoanalytische Therapie ist wirksam, doch sind die spezifischen Wirkfaktoren noch wenig bekannt. Bei einer kontextorientierten psychoanalytischen Einstellung ermöglicht die Anwendung klinischer Evalua- tionskriterien, vom Patienten validierte von nicht-validierten psychoanalytischen Interventionen zu unterscheiden. Eine geringe Zahl von Interventionen erweist sich anhand dieses qualitativen klinischen Forschungsansatzes als psychoanalytisch valide. Ob die validierten psychoanalytischen Interventionen tatsächlich auch die spezifischen Wirkfaktoren psychoanalytischer Psychotherapie sind, wäre in quantitativer empirischer Psychotherapieforschung zu verifizieren bzw. zu falsifizieren.
