Hysteroscopic and laparoscopic guided miniaccess hemihysterectomy for non-communicating uterine horn

Abstract 

A case of unicornuate uterus with cavitary non-communicating hypertrophic rudimentary horn which was missed in previous surgeries is presented. Condition led to severe endometriosis. Patient was managed by hysteroscopic and laparoscopic guided miniaccess hemihysterectomy.
