Muskulär bedingte Dysfunktionsmodelle

Zusammenfassung

Bei den klinischen Funktionsstörungen an Gelenken tritt der muskuläre Faktor immer mehr in den Vordergrund. In der myoskeletalen Medizin steht außer Gelenken und nicht-kontraktilen Weichteilen vor allem die Muskulatur an erster Stelle des Interesses. In einem dreiteiligen Beitrag sollen hauptsächlich muskulär bedingte Dysfunktionsmodelle vorgestellt werden.

Im Bewußtsein, daß die Gelenkfunktion nur im Rahmen der Funktion des ganzen Bewegungssystems zu betrachten sei, sollten wir uns durch die Kenntnisse dieser Modelle nicht limitieren lassen. Sie sind bloß eine Hilfe zum raschen Verständnis der aktuellen komplexen Schonhaltung und liefern interessante Ansätze für die Rezidivprophylaxe.

Summary

With regard to clinical problems in the joints, the muscular factor is gaining increasingly importance. In musculosceletal medicine, the musculature itself is of greatest interest aside from the joints and non-contractile soft parts. In this 3-part article predominantly muscle-caused dysfunctional models are presented. It will follow Part 2: The M. psoas-model – The M. rectus femoris-model – The hip adductor model – The hip abductor model. And Part 3: The abdominal muscle model – The upper crossed syndrome model – An attempt at an overview of the spine.

Although the function of the joints should be viewed within the framework of the entire motor system function, we should not let ourselves be limited by the knowledge of these models. They are only an aid to quick understanding of the current complex antalgic posture and provide interesting estimates for the prevention of recidivism.
