Zusammenfassung

Die Grundlagen eines Therapiemanuals für die Gesprächspsychotherapie depressiver Störungen werden vorgestellt. Ausgehend von charakteristischen Störungen hinischtlich der depressiven Symptomatik wie des inneren Erlebens und der Beziehungsgestaltung wird ein störungs- und prozeßspezifisches Vorgehen beschrieben: Ein adaptives Vorgehen in der Symptomphase, der Beziehungs- und Konfliktphase und der Abschiedsphase. Auf den jeweils charakteristischen thematischen Fokus bezogene Interventionstechniken werden anhand von 2 Fallbeispielen veranschaulicht. Die aufgezeigten Handlungsregeln werden diskutiert vor dem Hintergrund notwendiger individueller Akzentsetzungen und Variationen.

Summary

The fundamental principles of a therapy manual for client-centered therapy of depressive disorders are presented. Specific procedures are outlined depending on the type of disorder concerning the psychopathological symptoms, characteristics of the subjective experience and conflicts and difficulties in interpersonal relationships. Interventions are adapted to the phase of symptoms, to the phase of relationship and conflict and to the phase of parting. Two case studies are presented to demonstrate, how intervention techniques relate to the individual focus of the patient. The rules how to handle therapeutic techniques are discussed with regard to the need of individual variability.
