Verstrickungen in der Übertragung und Gegenübertragung bei der Therapie von Traumapatienten

Zusammenfassung

Die therapeutische Arbeit mit traumatisierten Patienten stellt den Therapeuten häufig nicht nur vor schwierige behandlungstechnische Fragen, sie konfrontiert ihn mit heftigen Gefühlen, Erfahrungen und Problemen, die oft seine innere Balance und seine empathische Dialogfähigkeit gefährden können. Hintergrund dieser Arbeit ist eine langjährige Supervisionserfahrung des Autors aus dem psychoanalytischen, tiefenpsychologischen und sozialpädagogischen klinischen wie ambulanten Bereich mit Therapeuten in konkreter Traumaarbeit. Es soll versucht werden, die in diesem Feld psychotherapeutischer Arbeit beobachtbaren Phänomene zu ordnen und das breite Spektrum der Übertragungs-Gegenübertragungsstile zu konzeptualisieren. Um typische Muster und wiederkehrende Verstrickungen aufzeigen zu können, werde ich durch Typisierung die Vielfältigkeit der individuellen Beziehungsgestaltung zwischen Patient und Therapeut der besseren Darstellbarkeit wegen reduzieren.

Summary

The therapy of traumatised patients is a challenge for the therapist, not only because of technical problems, more because these patients are confronting him with strong emotions, experiences and problems, often jeopardizing his inner balance, his competence for empathic communication. Background of this paper are many years of experience in the field of supervision of therapists, working with traumatised patients in psychoanalytic, psychoanalytic orientated or socialwork settings- in in- and out-patient wards. The author will try to arrange the different manifestations in this field of psychotherapy and systematise the wide range of styles in transference and counter-transference. To show typical patterns and confusions, the complexity of the individual arrangement of relationships between patient and therapist will be simplified – for a better representation.
