Abstract
Primary angiosarcomas following reconstructive surgery are thought to be attributable to radiotherapy or lymphoedema. We report the first case of a patient presenting with breast angiosarcoma demonstrating multiple morphologies (including the rare epithelioid subtype) arising after breast-conserving reconstruction for a previous adenocarcinoma, in the absence of these predisposing risk factors.
