Bauchnabelrekonstruktion nach Exzision von Melanomen im Bauchnabelbereich

Zusammenfassung

Nach einer Bauchnabelresektion infolge einer Tumorexzision ist die Rekonstruktion des Bauchnabels von großer ästhetischer Bedeutung für den Patienten. In der Literatur sind Methoden der Bauchnabelrekonstruktion angegeben, jedoch stellen sie keine elegante Lösung des Problems dar. Mit unserer Methode kann der Bauchnabel im Rahmen einer einfachen Dehnungsplastik wiederhergestellt werden, indem man in der Körpermittellinie zwei gegenüberliegende trapezförmige Hautlappen am Exzisionsrand stehen läßt und durch gemeinsame Verankerung dieser Lappen an der Linea alba den Nabelschlauch wiederherstellt. Diese Rekonstruktion wurde bei 7 Patienten nach Melanomexzision im Bauchnabelbereich mit Erfolg durchgeführt.

Summary

Reconstruction of the navel after tumour excision with subsequent navel resection is of great aesthetic importance for the patient. Methods of navel reconstruction are found in the literature but do not provide an elegant solution to the problem. Our method permits reconstruction of the navel during wound closure, by creation of two opposing trapezoidal skin flaps at the excision margin in the midline of the body; the umbilical fossa is then restored by jointly anchoring these flaps to the linea alba. Reconstruction has been successfully carried out in this way after melanoma excision in 7 patients.
