Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über eine akute Ösophagusnekrose, die nach endovaskulärer Therapie eines ins Mediastinum perforierten thorakalen Aortenaneurysma auftrat. Ursache ist eine Ösophagusminderdurchblutung hervorgerufen durch ein mediastinales Kompartmentsyndrom in Kombination mit dem Überstenten von Interkostalarterien.

Abstract

We report a case of acute esophageal necrosis after endovascular stenting for acute rupture of a thoracic aortic aneurysm into the mediastinum caused by mediastinal compartment syndrome and overstenting of intercostal arteries.
