Zusammenfassung

Operationsziel

Beseitigung einer posttraumatischen vorderen Schulterinstabilität.

Indikationen

Chronische, posttraumatische, vordere Schulterinstabilität.

Schmerzhafte, chronische, vordere Schulterinstabilität mit rezidivierenden Subluxationen.

Chronische vordere Schulterinstabilität bei Hyperlaxität nach erfolgloser Physiotherapie.

Kontraindikationen

Frische, traumatische vordere Schulterluxation.

Gleichzeitige Knochendefekte am Glenoidrand und Humeruskopf.

Dysplastische Cavitas glenoidalis.

Willkürliche Schulterinstabilitäten.

Omarthrose.

Inaktive Patienten.

Operationstechnik

Hautinzision im Sulcus deltoideopectoralis. Kapsel- und Labrum-Rekonstruktion ohne Ablösen des Musculus subscapularis. Refixation von Kapsel und Labrum am vorderen Glenoidrand mit Knochenankern.

Funktionelle Nachbehandlung.

Ergebnisse

17 Patienten (elf Männer, sechs Frauen) wurden 10,6±4,2 Monate postoperativ nachuntersucht. Constant-Score 94,7±7 Punkte, Rowe-Score 91,0±7 Punkte. Subjektive Zufriedenheit auf einer Analogskala (1 bis 10) 8,3±1,5. Es kam zu einer fraglichen Reluxation. Das Ausmaß der Außenrotation war im Mittel um 5°±2° vermindert.
