Die Tonsillotomie gehört inzwischen in Deutschland zum operativen Standardrepertoire der HNO-Ärzte. Hierfür stehen unterschiedliche Techniken zur Verfügung, von denen im Folgenden eine Auswahl näher betrachtet werden soll.
