Abstract

This paper deals with the robust H filtering problem for a class of uncertain singular systems with time delays. The uncertainty under consideration is of a linear fractional form. A sufficient condition for the existence of a full-order H filter is given in terms of matrix inequalities. When a scalar variable in the matrix inequalities is fixed, the condition can be expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The desired H filter can be obtained by solving these LMIs. Two numerical examples are given to demonstrate the application of the proposed method.
