Some remarks on a system of quasilinear elliptic equations

Abstract.

We study the existence of critical points (minima and saddle points) of functionals of the type¶¶\( \Phi (u,v) = \frac1p \int_\Omega |\nabla u|^p + \frac 1q \int_\Omega |\nabla v|^q - \int_\Omega F(x,u,v), \)¶¶where p and q are real numbers larger than 1.
