Summary
The direct angiographic demonstration of a dissecting aneurysm of the middle cerebral artery is reported here for the first time. Till now there have been only a few reports on the angiographic changes found with this rare cerebro-vascular lesion whose actiology and prognosis are briefly discussed.

La démonstration angiographique directe d'un anévrysme de l'artére cérébrale moyenne est rapportée pour la premiére fois. Dans la littérature peu de publications font état d'anomalies angiographique dans cette affection vasculaire rare, dont l'étiologie et le pronostic sont brièvement discutés.
Zusammenfassung
Es wird über den direkten angiographischen Nachweis eines Aneurysma dissecans der A. cerebri media berichtet. In der Literatur finden sich bisher nur weinge Hinweise auf verschiedene angiographische Befunde bei dieser seltenen Geïäßerkrankung. deren Ätiologie und Prognose kurz besprochen werden.
