Zusammenfassung

Die Kapsel-Band-Verletzungen am Ellbogengelenk ohne osteokartilaginäre Zusatzverletzungen werden vorwiegend konservativ behandelt. Die frühfunktionelle Bewegungstherapie aus der Gipsschale gewährleistet überwiegend sehr gute Behandlungsergebnisse. Indikationen zur operative Therapie betreffen Sekundärinstabilitäten, die nach rein ligamentären Verletzungen am Ellbogengelenk sehr selten auftreten.

Abstract

As a rule, injuries to the articular capsule of the elbow without additional osteocartilaginous insult are treated conservatively. Beginning functional physical therapy as early as possible after removal from fixation most often produces very good results. Operative therapy is indicated only for secondary instabilities, which rarely appear with injuries involving only ligaments to the elbow joint.
