Zusammenfassung

Inhalt dieses Beitrages ist der gegenwärtige Stand der Technik der Robotik auf dem Gebiet der Chirurgie und die aktuellen Arbeiten auf diesem Gebiet an der Klinik für Mund-Kiefer-Gesichtschirurgie an der Charité. Roboter in der Chirurgie erlauben es dem Chirurgen die Genauigkeit der bildgebenden Verfahren direkt umzusetzen und Eingriffe im Voraus zu planen. ¶In diesem Beitrag wird zunächst der Stand der Technik beschrieben. Danach wird auf die Arbeiten an der Klinik genauer eingegangen. Der Beitrag schließt mit einem Ausblick auf künftige Anwendungsgebiete in der Mund-KieferGesichtschirurgie.

Summary

Content of this paper is the current state of the art of robots in surgery and the ongoing work on the field of surgical robotics at the Clinic for Maxillofacial Surgery at the Charité. Robots in surgery allows the surgeon to transform the accuracy of the imaging systems directly during the intervention and to plan an intervention beforehand. ¶In this paper firstly the state of the art is described. Subsequently the scientific work at the clinic is described in detail. The paper closes with a outlook for future applications of robotics systems in maxillofacial surgery.
