Robert E. Cech holds B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Wisconsin and a M.S. from Rensselaer. His recent interest has been in chemical processes for producing metal powders. The work reported here was done while with General Electric’s Corporate R&D Center. He is currently unaffiliated. In 1962 he was the recipient of the C.H. Mathewson Gold Medal of AIME.
