Résumé
Il y a une abondante littérature sur les effets des différents programmes préscolaires sur le développement des enfants. Plusiers études montrent que les enfants réussissent mieux lorsqu’ils ont participé à un “programme adapté au développement” (Bredekamp, 1987) basé sur la théorie de l’apprentissage par le jeu (Curtis). Cet article passe en revue différentes études comparant les effets de trois programmes différents sur les enfants après qu’ils aient quitté l’école. Les questions posées sont les suivantes: 1) Dans quelles conditions la recherche peut-elle être généralisée d’un pays ou d’une région à une autre?: 2) Dans quelle mesure performances des enfants peuvent elles démontrer la supériorité d’un programme sur un autre? L’article conclut qu’une généralisation prudente est possible d’un pays à un autre si des modèles de recherche sont éstablis plutôt que de simples études. Il suggère aussi que l’efficacité n’est qu’un élément parmi toutes les dimensions de la qualité d’autres éléments comme l’accès et l’acceptabilité sont aussi importants pour décider d’un programme.
Resumen
La literatura sobre los efectos respecto a la evolucion de los niños cuando experimentan distinto infantil niñez curricula. Varíos estudios de investigación indican que los niños desarrollan mejor quando han participado de un “curriculum que esta evolucionando apropriado,” (Bredekamp, 1987) que esta basado en una teoría de aprender por causa du juego (Curtis). Esto documento reseña estudios proximos que comparan los efectos de tres curricula distintas sobre los niños siguientes de dejar la escuel de la infancia. Pregunta: 1) ¿Cual son las circumstancias sobre los la investigación se puede estar generalizada de un pais o una región a una otra? 2) ¿Hasta que punto se puede utilisar los resultados de los niños para demostrar la superioridad de un curriculum sobre un otro? El documento conclue que una generalización prudenta esta posibla de un pais a un otra si establace modelos de investigación en vez de estudios únicos. Sugere también que la eficazidac esta solamente una de muchas dimensiónes de calidad; las otras como el acceso y la aceptabilidad son también importante cuando decide de curricula.
