Summary
The particularity of neurogenic pain is that there is no stimulation of nociceptors but a lack of the pain control system. This pain typical caracteristics, it is described as burning, associated with an instability of the autonomic nervous system and a somatosensoriel deficit. This paper is a review of this question and approaches also the problem of the treatment.
