Pseudo obstruction of the colon associated with varicella- zoster infection

Summary

Gastro-intestinal involvement with varicellazoster infection is uncommon. A case of pseudo obstruction associated with varicella-zoster infection is described together with a review of the literature and suggestions as to management.
