Summary
A case of extensive gastric heterotopia involving the gall bladder in a girl aged 17 is reported. This was associated with peptic ulceration in the heterotopic gastric mucosa. The extent of the change was greater than in the 7 other cases already reported, only one of which showed peptic ulceration.
