Granulomatous hepatitis in secondary syphilis

Summary

An unusual case of a well-documented granulomatous hepatitis in secondary syphilis in a 47-year-old male is presented. This hepatic pathology in secondary syphilis is summarised, and a review of the literatureregarding syphilitic granulomatous hepatitis presented.
