Biotechnological preparation of the elaiophylin

Abstract

Sporulation conditions (sporulation period and the sporulation broth) of the elaiophylin producerStreptomyces melanosporofaciens were optimized. The best culture sporulation was on agar broths with dextrin or hydrolyzed corn starch as carbon sources.
