Summary
Pion production in 157 jets with strange-particle production resulting from collisions of 16 GeV/c π--mesons in hydrogen bubble chamber has been studied. The events represent two reactions: associated production and K-pair production. In both groups the production of pions shows a number of features similar to those found in « ordinary » jets. It is shown that from energy and momentum balance one can get some conclusions concerning the emission of K-mesons in associated production and the emission of nucleons in K-pair producing reactions.

Si è studiata la produzione di pioni in 157 getti con produzione di particelle strane, risultanti da collisioni di mesoni π- di 16 GeV/c in una camera a bolle d’idrogeno. Gli eventi rappresentano due reazioni: produzione associata e produzione di coppie K. In entrambi i gruppi la produzione di pioni presenta un certo numero. di caratteri simili a quelli riscontrati nei getti « ordinari ». Si mostra che dal bilancio dell’energia e dell’impulso si possono ricavare alcune conclusioni circa l’emissione di mesoni K nella produzione associata e l’emissione di nucleoni nelle reazioni di produzione di coppie K.
