Summary
A child with bilateral absence of the thumbs, unilateral radial aplasia, bilateral talipes equinovarus, incomplete descent of testes, internal hydrocephalus and ventricular septal defect (ventriculo-radial dysplasia) is reported and a brief resumé of the relevant literature on the subject is presented.
