An analysis for the charge and point proton distribution of3He with minimal systematic error

  • Published:
Lettere al Nuovo Cimento (1971-1985)

Summary

The charge and point proton distribution for3He, ϱc(r) and ϱp(r), respectively, are analysed from the experimentally determined form factor for elastic electron scattering. In contrast to all previous analyses of ϱc(r) and ϱp(r) a quantitative estimate of the error introduced by the analysis itself is given and is shown to be small. No central depression in the point proton distribution is found.
