Summary
A young patient with congestive heart failure had pathological findings of myocarditis super-imposed on the substrate of a non-arrhythmogenic form of right ventricular dysplasia. The only clinical findings suggestive of right ventricular dysplasia were T-wave inversions on the right precordial leads.
