Phenomenological analysis of K⇒3π decay

  • Published:
Il Nuovo Cimento A (1965-1970)

Summary

We present a phenomenological analysis of the K⇒3π decay assuming a discrete symmetry like TCP or time reversal and possible PC violations. Particular attention is paid to the |ΔI|=1/2 rule and we define a four-parameter representation of the spectra corresponding to a second-order approximation of the amplitudes with respect to a convenient phase-space parameter.
