  1. Such an idea has been given elsewhere. See, for instance,C. Ryan, S. Okubo andR. E. Marshak:Nuoro Cimento,34, 773 (1964);V. S. Pepper, C. Ryan, S. Okubo andR. E. Marshak:Phys. Rev.,137, B 1259 (1965). However, in the last paper the W-bosons are assumed to have a quadratic strong interaction with hadrons. While such a possibility is still not excluded, we assumed in this note that the W-boson has no such strong interactions with hadrons.
