  • Note Brevi
  • Published:
Il Nuovo Cimento B (1971-1996)

Summary

It is shown that the first-order constants of motion of the free electromagnetic field are equal to sums of terms proportional to the difference of right and left circularly polarized photons with momentumk, the two pseudovector constants of motion being equal to each other and the three-pseudotensor constant being a symmetric quantity.
