Lene Buchert (Denmark) Ph.D. Senior programme specialist in the Division for the Reconstruction and Development of Education Systems and co-ordinator of the Working Group on Education Sector Analysis led by UNESCO within the framework of the Association for the Development of Education in Africa. She has published widely in the areas of education and development, international aid to education, and aid policies on education.
