Experimental implications of weinberg’s model with han-nambu quarks

Summary

We discuss the consequences of the existence of heavy neutrinos, neutral currents and charmed particles in a previously proposed gauge model with HN quarks. We find that the lower bounds on neutral-current neutrino production are suppressed as compared to Weinberg’s model. On the other hand the coupling of electrons and muons to neutral currents is enhanced. As a consequence σweak(e+e → μ+μ) = = 81σ Weinbergweak (e+e → μ+μ) and a considerable specific violation of scaling in μp scattering at NAL energies is predicted. We also give the sum rules for the structure functions in deep inelastic scattering above the threshold for charmed-particle production.

Si discutono le conseguenze dell’esistenza di neutrini pesanti, correnti neutre e particelle ammaliate in un modello di gauge con quark di HN proposto in precedenza. Si trova che, in confronto al modello di Weinberg, i limiti inferiori per la produzione di neutrini in correnti neutre risultano soppressi. D’altro lato è aumentato l’accoppiamento fra elettroni e muoni e correnti neutre. Si prevede di conseguenza che σweak (e+e → μ+μ) = = 81σ Weinbergweak (e+e → μ+μ) e una notevole violazione specifica delle relazioni di scala nello scattering μp alle energie del NAL. Si danno anche le regole di somma per le funzioni di struttura nello scattering elastico profondo sopra la soglia di produzione di particelle ammaliate.

Мы обсуждаем следствия сушествования тяжелых нейтрино, нейтральных токов и «щарм »-частиц в ранее предложенной калибровочной модели с кварками Гана-Намбу. Мы получаем, что нижние границы для рождения нейтрино нейтральными токами подавляются, по сравнению с моделью Вейнберга. С другой стороны свяэь злектронов и мюонов с нейтральными токами усиливается. В реэультате зтого предскаэывается бслабый+е→ μ+μ)= 81(Г РГаслабый ) (е+е→ μ+μ) и эначительное характерное нарущение подобия в р рассеянии при NАL знергиях. Мы также приводим правила сумм для структурных функций про глубоко неупругом рассеянии выще порога для рождения «щарм »-частиц.
