Experimental study of (³He, α) reactions on 2s-1d and 1f _7/2 nuclei II—The³¹P(³He, α)³⁰P reaction

Summary

Angular distributions for the³¹P(³He, α)³⁰P reaction induced by 10 MeV³He particles have been measured. We have found experimental evidence that the 3⁺ (T=0) states at 2.54 and 1.98 MeV excitation energy and the 2⁺ (T=0) 1.46 MeV state, arise from the excitation of the²⁸Si core. The other state up to an excitation energy of 3 MeV are well described by the 2s _1/2-1d _3/2 configuration.

Si è studiata la reazione³¹P(³He, α)³⁰P ad una energia del fascio incidente di 10 MeV e per livelli del nucleo residuo al di sotto di 3 MeV di eccitazione.
