On the electron states of SnSe

Summary

The electron states of SnSe are discussed in connection with the results of a EPM band calculation of the crystal and with new UPS experimental results on a disordered phase which is a precursor of the crystalline one in SnSe film growth.

In questo articolo, si discutono gli stati elettronici del SnSe sia in relazione ai risultati di un calcolo a bande del cristallo con il metodo EPM, sia in relazione a nuovi risultati sperimentali relativi alla spettroscopia fotoelettrica nell’ultravioletto di una fase disordinata che è un precursore della fase cristallina nella crescita di film di SnSe.
