Abstract
The mechanism of combustion of the Fe2O3+Cr2O3+Al+C system in a field of centrifugal forces with orthogonal orientation of the overload and combustion-velocity vectors is studied. It is shown that a centrifugal force has a pronounced effect on the combustion mechanism and velocity. It is found that the flow of gaseous combustion products strongly influences the dependence of the combustion velocity on the magnitude of overload.
