Flat-Surface grafting inArabidopsis thaliana

Abstract

We have developed an efficient method of grafting inArabidopsis thaliana that uses flat-surface cutting and a capillary tube for support of the graft junction. Approximately 40% of grafts resulted in healthy plants that produced amounts of seed comparable to ungrafted plants.
