Operative technique and results of coracoclavicular-screwfixation in fresh acromio-clavicular separation

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Ergebnisse der korakoklavikulären Verschraubung nach Zerreißung des Akromioklavikulargelenkes berichtet. 65 frische Zerreißungen wurden operiert, 54 Verletzte konnten durchschnittlich 20 bzw. 8 Monate nach der Schraubenentfernung nachuntersucht werden. Die klinischen Ergebnisse waren 44mal sehr gut, 5mal gut und 5mal schlecht. 5 intraoperative Fehler wurden beobachtet, die jedoch vermeidbar gewesen wären.

Summary

65 patients with fresh acromio-clavicular separations were treated by coraco-clavicular screw fixation. 54 patients could be followed after an interval of 20 respectively 8 months after removal of the screw. The results were: 44 excellent, 5 good, 5 unfavourable. 5 intraoperative complications were observed (all of them could have been avoided).
