Summary
A case of concomitant vaginal prolapse and rectal procidentia has been presented. We believe this is only the second reported instance of this combination.
Combined treatment utilizing a Teflon prosthesis and result after a follow-up period of three years are described. The simplicity of application and the good result obtained make this a desirable procedure.
