Zusammenfassung

1. Die Blutzuckerbestimmungsmethode nachCrecelius-Seifert hat sich uns nicht bewährt, indem sie im allgemeinen im Vergleich mit derHagedorn-Jensenschen undFolinschen Methode viel zu hohe Werte ergibt.

2. Es wird auf die Anwendbarkeit derFolinschen Ferricyanidmethode für eine stufenphotometrische Blutzuckerbestimmung hingewiesen und eine Methodik angegeben.
