Stabile und funktionsgerechte Osteosynthese von Klavikulaschaftfrakturen und-pseudarthrosen mit einer neuen Kompressionsplatte

Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine neue, S-förmig gekrümmte Kompressionsplatte zur stabilen Osteosynthese von Klavikulaschaftfrakturen und-pseudarthrosen vorgestellt, mit der im Gegensatz zu den übrigen Osteosyntheseverfahren die Wiederherstellung der funktionell bedeutungsvollen Klavikulakrümmung gelingt. Darüber hinaus werden mit der neuen Platte die technischen Schwierigkeiten vermieden, die bei den bisherigen Verfahren zu Fehlosteosynthesen geführt haben.

Summary

A new s-shaped compression-plate serves to fix clavicula fractures and pseudarthroses. The restoration of the anatomical configuration of the clavicula is considered to be the major improvement of the new method. This method also avoids some technical difficulties which often appear with the straight plates now in use.
